Zack Tritsch
Co-Founder/CEO
Having been profoundly deaf since birth, communication barriers have been a big impact on my life, and I am looking to change that. I want a world where deaf and hard-of-hearing people can be fully integrated in their own families and social circles, and to be empowered with better communication in school, the workplace, and in daily life.
He graduated from the University of the People with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and I’m using my knowledge and understanding to make a difference for deaf and hard-of-hearing people around the world.
Todd Tritsch
Co-Founder/COO
Being involved with the deaf has had a profound effect on Todd’s life. Raising a deaf son and seeing his trials prompted the idea to use technology to break barriers and enable communication.
He has worked in the Training and Development field for over 30 years and has seen how accommodations can assist those with disabilities to create and maintain fulfilling lifestyles. Todd has a Masters in Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelors in Organizational Development from Union Institute and University.
